SHIPPING & RETURNS
Thanks for ordering with us. We will aim to have purchased items shipped within 3 business days of your confirmed purchase, unless otherwise stated in product description. Shipping is available in Canada and for the USA. If you live elsewhere, contact us at email@example.com and we can see if shipping to you is possible.
Special order products will be labeled as such in the store and contain their potential lead time in the product description.
Shipping delays may occur if orders are placed while we are out on a trip. All efforts will be made to post our travels in our events page, as a referable location to verify if that may be the cause in delay of your order. All orders will then be fulfilled within 3 business days of our return. You patience in those cases is appreciated.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All items are pre-inspected upon delivery. We will do our best to ensure it ships out as intended, so you can receive your items as expected.
